Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the HD images for personal use
Payments are processed immediately upon purchase
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 5)

5. Refund Policy

AI-Generated Images: HanFuPhoto.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, download, share, and print AI-generated portraits for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share your generated portraits on social media platforms.

Service Content: All content on HanFuPhoto.com, including but not limited to templates, designs, logos, and website content, is the property of HanFuPhoto.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The accuracy, quality, or artistic merit of AI-generated images
Any legal consequences arising from your use of generated images
Technical interruptions, errors, or service unavailability
Loss of data, images, or other content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
