1. Digital Products

HanFuPhoto.com offers digital AI-generated portrait images. Our products include:

These are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase through Stripe Checkout.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases. To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Include your order number, Stripe receipt, or the email used at checkout
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are also available under the following specific circumstances:

2.1 Technical Failures

We will issue a full refund if:

• The AI generation process fails due to a technical error on our end
• You are unable to download your purchased HD image due to a system error
• The generated image is corrupted or unusable due to a technical issue

Time Limit: Refund requests for technical failures must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2.2 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a payment processing error, we will refund all duplicate charges.

2.3 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if the transaction is confirmed as unauthorized.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

• Successful Generation and Download: After 30 days from purchase, refunds are generally not available once HD images have been successfully delivered
• Quality Expectations: Refunds are not available based on subjective quality assessments or artistic preferences
• User Error: Refunds are not available for:
  • Uploading incorrect images
  • Selecting the wrong template
  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
• Bundle Purchases: If you purchase a 10-pack bundle, refunds are not available for unused credits
• Social Media Sharing: Issues with sharing on social media platforms are not eligible for refunds

5. Refund Process

All payments are one-time charges processed through Stripe. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

• Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Refuse future service
